Disclaimer

Last updated: 27 June 2026

BITU is a media player only. It does not provide, host, supply, sell or stream any media content, television channels, films, series or playlists of any kind.

1. BITU supplies no content

BITU is a software application that plays media from sources you add. It ships empty: it contains no channels, no streams, no playlists and no media library. To use BITU you must enter your own Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U/M3U8 playlist obtained from a third-party IPTV provider that you have chosen and subscribed to independently of BITU.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlists, links and login details you add to BITU, and for ensuring that:

  • the content sources you use are legal in your country; and
  • you hold all necessary rights, licenses or permissions to access and view that content.

BITU and its developers have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content delivered by any third-party source you connect.

3. No affiliation

BITU is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any IPTV provider, content owner, broadcaster, or streaming service. All product names, logos, trademarks and brands referenced in connection with content remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. No warranty

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every provider, or that any particular playlist will function.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BITU and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the application or any third-party content accessed through it.

6. Copyright

BITU does not condone or encourage copyright infringement or unauthorized access to any content. If you believe the application is being marketed or used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

7. Changes

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
